Getting here:
We are located at the corner of Cedar Rd and Green Rd. in South Euclid (14443 Cedar Rd. South Euclid, OH 44121)
The driveway to enter our office is off Green Rd. Parking for patients is located in the front of the building (facing Cedar).

Your Appointment:
You will be asked to complete a medical and dental history, including current
medications and allergies.
At your first appointment, x-rays will be taken to help the staff diagnose and treat you. 
You will meet the dentist and discuss treatment goals and plans.
Each patient is treated individually and may require different means to diagnose and treat.

If you have dental insurance, please be sure to share that with our front desk staff. They will help to verify your benefits prior to treatment. If your insurance changes at any time during your treatment, please let the office know.
