Establishing good dental habits early is critical to long-term health. We begin to see children at age 3. We will evaluate and clean the teeth and review proper oral hygiene. Our pediatric patients also receive a fluoride treatment following their cleaning.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Non-surgical periodontal therapy<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For patients with periodontal\/gum disease, we recommend a more in depth cleaning to remove build up under the gums. Removing this build up is critical to stopping the advancement of periodontal disease. As the disease progresses, the bone that hold the teeth will be damaged, possibly leading to loss of teeth.\u00a0<\/p>

For those with periodontal disease, cleanings are recommended more frequently.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Emergencies can happen to any of us, at any time of the day. Our doctors are on call, for patients of record 24\/7. When a tooth has a large cavity and is causing a patient discomfort, a root canal might be
needed. A root canal allows us to save a tooth that would otherwise need to be extracted.

Replacing Missing Teeth<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Crowns\/bridge work<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A crown, or cap, is needed when the tooth is broken down, has a large existing filling, is root canal treated, or is poorly positioned in the mouth. The crown covers the remaining tooth structure and increases the strength of the tooth.
Bridge work can replace a missing tooth\/ teeth. This is not removable and is made by preparing the teeth next to the open space for crowns\/caps.
Crowns and bridgework usually require two<\/strong> appointments<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Dental implants<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Implants are titanium posts that are placed into the jaw bone to replace a missing tooth. Following the placement of the implant it will need to heal for 3-6 months before a crown is attached to the post. An evaluation will be needed in the office to determine if you are a candidate for implants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Dentures\/ partial dentures<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dentures are made when a patient as no teeth remaining. We offer implant-supported dentures to help with the retention and function of the appliance. Patients can wear the dentures during the day and will remove them to sleep.
Partial dentures are made to replace some missing teeth. The metal and plastic appliance is held in by the remaining teeth. Patients remove these appliances at night.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

We offer at-home teeth whitening, veneers, and dental bonding in our office.<\/p>

Veneers and bonding can help to close spaces between the teeth and in some cases allow them to appear straighter. An evaluation will need to be completed to determine which is right for you.<\/p>

Our at-home bleaching trays are made custom to your teeth. A gel is applied and it is worn daily for about one month to help whiten the teeth.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
